The Technology and Imaging Center allows Netwise Resources to stage computer equipment for clients.  Systems imaging, configuration, and asset tagging.  The Technology Center includes:

• 100 linear feet bench setup area.
• 24 Port KVM Capabilities
• 200 unit daily deployment capacity

Netwise Network Operations Center

The Netwise Resources Netview NOC provides 24x7 management of enterprise IT environments. Netwise utilizes N-able driven technology to proactively monitor and manage your data and critical network systems.  Our NOC is staffed by Microsoft certified professionals.

Netwise User Help Desk

Our Help Desk provides a resource for our clients when they encounter an IT-related issue or question. Staff is available during business hours to log issues and support your team. You can contact the Help Service Desk via email, phone or the Web. We commit to responding to your question promptly (response times guaranteed, based on severity). If you are contacting us to report a service outage, we will route the call to our Operations center for prompt attention
