Acquisition of Second Lafayette Company

Indianapolis, IN - Netwise Resources, LCC, an Indianapolis based provider of IT managed services and print management announces the purchase of Advanced Business Equipment Inc., a Lafayette, Indiana office equipment sales and service company. 

This is the second Lafayette IT related company acquired by Netwise, making it one of the largest locally owned IT managed services companies in central Indiana.  In 2006, Netwise purchased Lafayette Office Systems.  The names of both companies will change to Netwise Resources.  Netwise, the parent company plans to retain all employees from both companies.   This brings the Netwise staff of IT engineers and business development employees to 42 with a plan to increase staff to 50 within a year.

“This acquisition further increases our abilities to grow our print management services in central Indiana  as a result of the  expertise we’ve been able to bring in from  this  acquisition” says Netwise president Mark Gibson. 

Netwise Resources specializes in helping companies save money by assessing their printing and IT operations and where necessary, implementing more efficient, cost-effective system wide solutions.

Netwise  provides  IT support, MFPs and imaging managed services  to a large base of clients in Marion, Boone, Clinton and Tippecanoe counties.  Clients include over fifteen K-12 school districts, the city of Lafayette, Purdue University and the new Wishard Hospital project.
