Netwise Resources provides 24x7 monitoring of all your devices. Netwise is also specialized in windows server monitoring and remote monitoring. Our staff is available on a 24x7 basis to respond to any issues detected by our monitoring system.

The Netwise Resources team will conduct proactive services to ensure the continued availability of these devices. These include patch management, disk and storage maximization, and desktop defragmentation. Other maintenance services are customized to your environment.

The proactive work will vary from device to device, but is designed to ensure that the systems remain available at the required level. Invasive work will be conducted only during standard scheduled maintenance windows so as not to negatively impact service availability.

Emergency work will be conducted as required to resolve issues that are impacting business operations.
